  • Dice the pepper, courgette and aubergine and cut the dried tomatoes into cubes.
  • Steam the vegetables.
  • Mix in the cubes of dried tomatoes.
  • Season to taste with the mixed herbs.
  • Place a slice of Comté cheese on top and let it melt gently.
